This is for anyone 3rd-5th grade, who has moved into the school district. Students coming from BMPS are already registered.

What to Bring:

Proof of residency, Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, Parent/Legal Guardian's Driver's License, Social Security Card (optional), and Custody Papers (if applicable)
